Lace,Stripes and Everything Nice

Hey! How are you? Happy Valentine's Day although it  was yesterday. The party at school was quite fun although I expected it to be better. I got loads of different gifts though. I didn't know I was liked that much. I mean, I know I'm a fine girl but still...lol. Anyhoos, I couldn't take a picture of what I wore or what my friends wore so I'll try to explain. I wore a black lace sleeveless  dress and gold shiny flats with red lipstick and huge gold hoop earrings. Lots of people told me I looked nice. I was so flattered. I'm not the kind to dwell on flattery though. The party was fun. The food was nice and the music was very nice. Lots of dancing and grinding but oh well it was a high school party so that is pretty much expected.

                            So this Spring, lace and stripes are very in. I don't think I have any striped clothes in my wardrobe but I've got lots of lace in different colors. I think lace is very sexy and seductive, it can also be quite modest and ladylike depending on how you wear it. So I've put up some lace and striped clothes. Hope you like them. Oh and this morning I heard Goldie (the musician) died. So sad to hear that because I always loved her uniqueness and her style. She died after coming back from attending the Grammy's in the US. She will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace Goldie, I love you.
